Refund Policy

Cancelling your order before shipment?

We accept cancellations before your product is shipped or manufactured:

✔ If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund.

✔ If your order is cancelled more than 24 hours later, you will receive an 80% refund, with a 20% handling fee.

✔ If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

Are there 30-day returns?

If you are not satisfied with the size or quality of the item you received, you may initiate a return request within 30 days of the item's arrival date.

All return requests are subject to an assessment, and our friendly customer service staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Notes:

✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns or exchanges.

✔ We do not offer free return shipping, nor do we refund any costs incurred for return shipping.

✔ All clearance items purchased at Athena Martin are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

✔ To ensure your return is valid and eligible for a refund:

✔ Always follow our return process.

✔ Please ensure you provide a tracking number immediately after shipping your return.

✔ Returns are subject to a 20% processing fee of the total order value.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and review your return, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically issue the refund to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to post. If you have completed all of the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at Support@AthenaMartin.shop.
